If something arrives defective or damaged on our behalf and or we send you the wrong item , we will do everything in our might to make it right! ( This excludes any personalized items unless we made the mistake! Please contact us within 3 business days upon receipt of your order, please provide detailed order information and photos if possible. Under Special Circumstances we will issue Kell's Kool Kash to use towards future purchases, to be used within 3 months
